As we approach the end of the year I’ve been taking a look at the different activities Momentum has carried out for our clients over the past 12 months – and it’s very varied!

Here’s a snapshot of how we have helped our clients – could we do some of these activities for you in 2018?

• Helping to recruit marketing staff with the creation of job descriptions and being involved in the shortlisting and interviewing process.
• Conducting client satisfaction and staff surveys, analysing the results and feeding back to the partners to help them confirm their Company Values.
• Undertaking strategic reviews to help firms get to grips with their marketing and give them a clear roadmap for the future direction of their marketing.
• Creating marketing calendars to give firms a month by month breakdown of what marketing activities they should be doing to help them achieve their objectives.
• Lecturing and running workshops on a variety of marketing and soft skills topics.
• Writing copy for leaflets, brochures, emails, mailings and adverts.
• Project managing the design and print of brochures, leaflets, adverts and postcards.
• Creating marketing plans for firms to launch their probate and estate administration services.
• Liaising with staff to create individual staff profiles to add to websites.
• Carrying out marketing mentoring calls throughout the year to review previous activities, plan and implement future campaigns.
• Reviewing and updating copy on websites.
• Drafting job descriptions and adverts to recruit a variety of accountancy based roles.

The above activities have helped our clients to ‘make their marketing happen’.
